Southern rock band 38 Special, with special guest The Jared Stout Band, will perform at the SERVPRO After Hours Concerts at The Innsbrook Pavilion on Friday, June 26 at 7 p.m. 38 Special enters its sixth decade together with the band's first studio album in more than 20 years - Milestone. The Florida natives are known for hits like "Hold on Loosely," "Caught Up In You," "If I'd Been the One" and "Back Where You Belong." Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Tickets start at $40.19. RVA Pub Club, a panel discussion with local authors, publishers and booksellers about the publishing industry and how authors can navigate it, will be held June 27 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Book People, 10464 Ridgefield Parkway. The staff of Wildling Press, a local independent book publisher, will guide the discussion with Richmond-area authors Rachel McRady and Kristin Kisska, who will share tips about marketing, the pros and cons of different publishing pathways, finding the right publisher for a book, and more. The event, which is free and open to the public, will also include a Q&A and meet-and-greet. Henrico County, the City of Richmond and ReEstablish Richmond are joining forces to sponsor and host Multicultural Festival: Imagine 2026 at Richmond Raceway, 600 East Laburnum Avenue, on Saturday, June 27 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. The free event is a celebration of National Immigrant Heritage Month and World Refugee Day. The festival will include activities, authentic food and music, live performances and dances, arts, crafts, cultural displays, local vendors and community resources. Additionally, the Virginia Museum of History and Culture will have their mobile display of “We the People” and will unveil a new art piece. Click here for details.

The Richmond Funny Bone at Short Pump Town Center will present the adults-only comedy magic show The Magic of Eric Eaton on Saturday, June 27 at 6:30 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. Eaton can be seen on the hit TV show "Masters of Illusion" and is a Merlin Award (the Oscars of magic) winner for Outstanding Magic and Comedy. The Tin Pan, 8982 Quioccasin Road, will present R&B Crooners Tribute: Barry White, Gerald Levert & Keith Sweat on Sunday, June 28 at 7 p.m. The show features Marc Evans as White, and David Lawson as Levert and Sweat. White was a two-time Grammy Award winner known for his bass voice and romantic image. Levert released nine solo albums but also was a part of R&B vocal groups LeVert, Black Men United and LSG. Sweat was an early figure in the new jack swing musical movement, known for hits such as "I Want Her," "Make It Last Forever" and "I'll Give All My Love to You." Tickets are $48.81.
