Another pedestrian has died in Henrico County after being struck by a vehicle. A 70-year-old woman was struck and killed just before 5 a.m. June 6 at the intersection of West Broad Street and John Rolfe Parkway in Short Pump. Henrico Police who responded to the scene found the
