Police identify driver killed in head-on crash that closed Route 5 in eastern Henrico
Police have identified the driver killed in a Monday morning crash on New Market Road (Route 5) in Varina as 32-year-old Layten Perkins, of Ohio. The crash, reported at about 6:16 a.m., had both east and west lanes of New Market Road (Route 5) closed for several hours.
