New Sheetz opens on Staples Mill Road in Henrico

Sheetz celebrated the opening of its newest Henrico store April 16 with a ribbon-cutting, giveaways, and donations of $2,500 each to two nonprofits.  

Representatives from Feed More and Special Olympics of Virginia joined Emily Sheetz of the founding family as they accepted the donations, and a SOVA athlete spoke about her experiences competing in a  variety of sports.  

Phong Nguyen (pictured above) won the drawing for Free Sheetz for a Year (a $2,500 gift card), and two other winners took home $250 gift cards. 

The store – Sheetz’s fifth in Henrico County – is located at 7520 Staples Mill Road, across from the Amtrak station.
