Missing Henrico teen found safe

A 17-year-old girl who had been reported missing from her Glen Allen home May 9 has been found and is safe, according to Henrico Police.

Tessa-Leigh Grace Fletcher had apparently run away from her residence sometime overnight that day; police announced her disappearance May 14 and asked for the public's help to locate her.

They did not release details about where she was found. 

"We thank everyone for their assistance," Henrico Police spokesperson Karina Bolster said.
