Les Crepes, located at 1308 Gaskins Road in the Gayton Crossing Shopping Center, is rebranding to Sebastian & Co., according to a post on the Gayton Crossing Facebook page. The new bistro concept will continue to serve crêpes in addition to an expanded menu that includes burgers, steaks, house-made pasta
