New residential developments proposed in Near West End, Short Pump
After a months-long slowdown in the pace of new cases, the Henrico Planning Commission April 9 is scheduled to hear two new proposals for residential developments. If ultimately approved by the county's board of supervisors, the developments would add a total of 298 new residential units to Henrico.
