A teenager was killed and two other people shot Tuesday morning inside a Richmond home, Richmond Police Chief Rick Edwards confirmed.

Police are searching for a man they say should be considered dangerous.

Richmond Police were called around 9:50 a.m. to the 3100 block of 5th Avenue for reports of a shooting, Edwards said.

Officers arrived to find three victims suffering from gunshot wounds.

Edwards said investigators believe the shooting was domestic in nature.

Police have obtained warrants for 41-year-old Levy Nelson, who Edwards described as a Black male, 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 210 pounds.
