Henrico to host animal adoption event Sept. 13
The Henrico Police Animal Shelter, 10421 Woodman Road, will host an outdoor pet adoption event, rain or shine, from 10 a.m. to noon Sunday, Sept. 13.
Community members are invited to meet cats and dogs available for adoption.
Adopters must be 18 or older but are not required to be Henrico residents. Adopters will need to present a valid photo ID and pay an adoption fee, which varies upon the pet's spay or neuter status.
