New Core Healthcare LLC recently purchased a 12,000-square-foot office building at 2402 North Parham Road in Henrico County from Upton LLC for $3,100,000 to operate a new state-of-the-art surgery center for children and special needs patients. Marilyn Walls recently purchased 1.87 acres at 11423 Staples Mill Road in Henrico County from Star City Land Development Co, LC for $151,000. Brent Altaffer and Ryan Fanelli of Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC represented the seller.


The Ridge Shopping Center at 1501 North Parham Road is under new ownership after selling last month for $29.3 million, Richmond BizSense recently reported. It’s the third time in seven years that the Fresh Market-anchored retail strip has changed hands. The approximately 101,000-square-foot center is now owned by ShopOne Centers, a firm based in New York that also owns Staples Mill Plaza in Henrico. The seller was H.I.G. Realty Partners.
