Henrico author releases latest fantasy book

Henrico author E.G. Kardos has released his latest fantasy book, The Elixir: Journey On – the third in his Elias Chronicles series. The book follows the main character, 16-year-old Elias, as he embarks on a perilous journey to the Isle of Eahta in search of the Elixir of Life.

Along the way, Elias meets Zoltan, a sorcerer, who helps him to safeguard the Elixir of Life from those who might seek to harness its power for malicious purposes. The book, Kardos said, is about the power of friendship, the importance of self-discovery, and the quest for the ultimate beauty.

“It delves into the essence of human experience, exploring the timeless values that define us as individuals,” he said.

Kardos is a longtime employee of VCU and graduate of JMU and Benedictine College Preparatory. The Elixir: Journey On is available in paperback and e-book formats through Pen It Publications (www.penitpublications.com). The paperback edition retails for $14.99 and the e-book for $5.99. It is available through major online booksellers worldwide and at www.edwardgkardos.com.
