Bon Secours opens new urgent care facility at Regency

Bon Secours has opened a new urgent care facility at Regency in Henrico’s Near West End. Bon Secours Urgent Care, Regency, is part of an effort by the nonprofit to expand its network of urgent care centers.

The new 3,600-square-foot center is located at 1502 North Parham Road and features eight treatment rooms. It offers walk-in services for minor illnesses and injuries, such as colds, cough and flu; minor stitches; earaches; strep throat; strains; and minor fractures, among other conditions. The center also provides services for employers and workers, including initial injury care and treatment for minor, non-life-threatening injuries and referral to occupational medicine specialists.

“Bon Secours is excited to improve access to same-day care for our patients and the community with our new Regency urgent care location,” said Mike Lutes, market president, Bon Secours Richmond. “It’s important to us that these clinics are established in retail corridors making it easier for families with busy lifestyles to get the care they need when and where they need it.”

Bon Secours also operates similar facilities on Brook Road, Nuckols Road and in Midlothian and is planning additional locations in the East End, Swift Creek, Carytown, Staples Mill and Sauer Center areas.
