Parham Rd, Richmond, VA 23273 on June 18, 2026 at 11:30 AM the property described in said deed of trust, located at the above address and briefly described as: ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the improvements thereon, lying and being in the City of Richmond, Virginia, known as 1915 Fourth Avenue and designated as Lot 7 and the southern 15 feet of Lot 8, Block 28, in the plan of Chestnut Hill, plat of which is recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Henrico County, Virginia, in Plat Book 6, page 83, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of Fourth Avenue 75 feet south of the southern line of Althea Street; thence extending southwardly along the fronting on the eastern lien of Fourth Avenue 45 feet and from said front extending back at right angles and between parallel lines 140 feet to an alley in the rear.
