Parham Road, Richmond, Virginia 23228, the property designated as 1444 VILLAGE FIELD DRIVE, HENRICO, VA 23231. LOT 2, BLOCK B, ON THE PLAN OF "THE VILLAGES AT OSBORNE, SECTION A, VARINA DISTRICT, HENRICO COUNTY, VIRGINIA", MADE BY FOSTER & MILLER, P.C., ENGINEERS, SURVEYORS & PLANNERS, DATED FEBRUARY 25, 2005, RECORDED MARCH 30, 2006 IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE, CIRCUIT COURT, HENRICO COUNTY, VIRGINIA, IN PLAT BOOK 122 PAGES 72-76 TO WHICH REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF THE LOT HEREBY CONVEYED TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $25,052.50 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee.
