Lot 44, Section 4, COLLINGTON, on subdivision plat dated November 3, 2004, and recorded September 23, 2005 in Plat Book 158, page 37 through 39, made by E.D. Lewis and Associates, P.C., reference to which is made for a more particularly description. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $37,199.80 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee.
