Lot No. 24, all as shown on Plat of Subdivision prepared by Timmons, dated and entitled, Harrowgate Place Section 1", dated December 15, 1998, recorded February 5, 1999, in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Chesterfield County, Virginia, in Plat Book 103, Pages 27 and 28. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $26,700.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee.
