Trustee's Sale 923 Pleasant St, Richmond, VA 23223 (Parcel ID: 816-723-3709) Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated May 19, 2025, in the original principal amount of $328,652.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Henrico, Virginia on May 20, 2025, in Deed Book 06665, at page 1215, as Instrument Number 202500012553, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on November 30, 2026 at 1:00 PM, in front of the building housing the County of Henrico Circuit Court, 4309 E. Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23228, the property designated as ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, lying and being in Henrico County, Virginia, designated as Lot 11, Block C, Wynfield, Section B, plat of which made by Austin Brockenbrough &Associates, Consulting Engineers, Richmond, Virginia, dated June 24, 1976, as recorded in the Clerk`s Office, Circuit Court, Henrico County, Virginia, in Plat Book 62, pages 59 and 60, reference is made for a more particular description of such lot. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $33,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee. The bid deposit must be certified funds and/or cash, but no more than $9,900.00 of cash will be accepted. The successful bidder's deposit will be retained at the sale and applied to the sale price. If held by the trustee, all other bid deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Settlement is to be made within 15 days.
