Trustee's Sale 720 Stonemeadow Dr, Glen Allen, VA 23060 (Assessor’s Parcel #: 786-762-3349) Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated June 21, 2011, in the original principal amount of $171,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Henrico, Virginia on July 6, 2011, in Deed Book 4889, at page 1503, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on October 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM, in front of the building housing the County of Henrico Circuit Court, 4309 E. Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23228, the property designated as ALL THAT CERTAIN, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN FAIRFIELD DISTRICT, HENRICO COUNTY, VIRGINIA, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 17, BLOCK C, AYERS TAVERN, ALL AS MORE PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION PLAT DATED DECEMBER 19, 1996, MADE BY E. D. LEWIS & ASSOCIATES, P.C., CONSULTING ENGINEERS, LAND SURVEYORS AND PLANNER, RECORDED AUGUST 8, 1997, IN THE CLERK`S OFFICE, CIRCUIT COURT, HENRICO COUNTY, VIRGINIA, IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGE 48, TO WHICH REFERENCE IS MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY HEREBY CONVEYED. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $17,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee. The bid deposit must be certified funds and/or cash, but no more than $9,900.00 of cash will be accepted. The successful bidder's deposit will be retained at the sale and applied to the sale price. If held by the trustee, all other bid deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Settlement is to be made within 15 days. The successful bidder will be responsible for obtaining possession of the property, and for all costs and fees related to recording the Trustee's Deed, including the grantors tax.
