Trustee's Sale 4906 Snowshoe CT, Glen Allen , VA 23060 (Parcel ID: 755-763-9692) Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated May 20, 2019, in the original principal amount of $196,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Henrico, Virginia on May 30, 2019, in Deed Book 5855, at page 0914, and modified by a Loan Modification Agreement recorded on April 3, 2023,in Deed Book 06459, at page 0532, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on August 03, 2026 at 1:00 PM, in front of the building housing the County of Henrico Circuit Court, 4309 E. Parham Road, Richmond, VA 23228, the property designated as The Land referred to herein below is situated in the County of HENRICO State of VA, and is described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land with appurtenances thereto belonging, lying and being in Brookland Magisterial District, Henrico County, Virginia, and designated as Lot 33, Block E, Section B, Meredith Woods, as shown on Plat of Subdivision entitled "Meredith Woods, Section `B`", made by Bremner-Youngblood & King, Inc., Consulting Engineers, dated April 24, 1979, recorded October 22, 1979, in the Clerk`s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Henrico, Virginia, in Plat Book 70, page 39, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the property. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $20,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee. The bid deposit must be certified funds and/or cash, but no more than $9,900.00 of cash will be accepted. The successful bidder's deposit will be retained at the sale and applied to the sale price.
