Temperatures will reach about 80 degrees Wednesday with skies becoming partly sunny as clouds continue to roll in. Tonight will bring partly to mostly cloudy conditions with overnight lows around 59 degrees.
A large area of low pressure currently over the Great Lakes will begin to move, bringing a cold front through the region.
This system will primarily affect the area later Thursday and early Friday, with additional thunderstorm potential Friday afternoon.
The National Weather Service has issued a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms in some areas on Thursday, with gusty winds being the main concern.
