Sheltering Arms plans Regency location as 314-unit Regent begins leasing
Sheltering Arms Community Programs plans to open a 24,830-square-foot location at Regency in Henrico County, according to an announcement from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer and property developer Rebkee.
The announcement also identified Grove Eyecare, which is leasing 7,472 square feet, and Tee Box, which is leasing 4,476 square feet, as additions to the mixed-use development near Parham and Quioccasin roads.
The Regent at Regency, a newly built 314-unit apartment community, has begun leasing one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. First move-ins are expected in November, according to the announcement.
Regency's redevelopment plan calls for as many as 1,200 homes and about 900,000 square feet of commercial space on the former mall property. The 320-unit Rise at Regency is complete, and a third residential phase is planned.
