Second suspect in fatal Henrico crash turns himself into police

A second suspect wanted in connection with a fatal March crash near Richmond International Airport in Henrico is in police custody.
Samarion Ty’shon Seymour, 20, of Norfolk, turned himself into the Petersburg Bureau of Police May 19, according to Henrico Police officials. Seymour was wanted on several charges related to a March 22 hit-and-run crash at the intersection of Airport Drive and Audubon Drive in Sandston that killed 29-year-old Luis Fernando Cac Caal of Sandston.
Police believe Seymour was driving the Cadillac CTS that crashed into a Toyota Yaris that was carrying the victim and another woman who was injured and has since been released from a hospital.
Seymour now faces charges of manslaughter, felony hit-and-run and felony eluding, with additional charges likely to come soon, according to police.
Hours after the crash, Hopewell Police arrested another suspect in the incident, 18-year-old Tony Lamont Roberts, of Hopewell, who faces six charges related to the crash.
Henrico Police officials are continuing to search for additional people of interest in connection with the incident, which occurred at about 2:12 a.m.
