Richmond Raceway, 600 East Laburnum Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: food staff in kitchen aren’t wearing hair restraints; cutting boards are scored; can opener blade is rusty; there is grease residue on sides of hot line cooking equipment; ceiling tile near ventilation is dusty; light intensity is too low in hot line area; hood filters in ventilation system are greasy.

Mellow Mushroom, 12171 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a follow-up inspection: ice strainer found in bar hand sink again; four chemical spray bottles stored on shelf across from the office are still unlabeled.

Bojangles, 5441 South Laburnum Avenue – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: hand sink by biscuit station doesn’t have paper towels; there is mildew buildup on shoot of ice machine; observed buildup on units of breading and biscuit station; one-door lowboy and floor of walk-in are dirty; there is a nozzle on hose without a backflow prevention device installed.
Golden Skillet, 345 East Williamsburg Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: gaskets on units are torn; walk-in racks are rusty; interior walls of walk-in are in disrepair; there are cracked coving tiles in back storage area; observed low grouting near fryers.

Peter Chang, 11408 West Broad Street – The following violation was reported during a follow-up inspection: there is still a direct plumbing connection underneath three-compartment sink.
Crustacean Boil N' Grill, 8902-C West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: observed mold like buildup on soda nozzles; multiple items are past their expiration date; handles of ice scoops are touching the ice in ice bins at bar; racks in units and throughout kitchen are rusty; there is heavy ice buildup in main reach-in, which is causing the thermostat to show an inconsistent temperature; observed ice buildup in freezer; women’s restroom doesn’t have a covered trash can; wall trim is peeling from the wall; wall in dry storage is in disrepair; there is low grouting in cooking area; lights are out near hood.

Hungry Eyes Perlas, 201 Towne Center West Boulevard – The following violations were reported during a follow-up inspection: there is 0 ppm of sanitizer in dishwasher again; two spray bottles containing chemicals are unlabeled; gasket liner on walk-in cooler door is still torn.
Genghis Grill, 11849 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a follow-up inspection: no paper towels available again at hand sink across from three-compartment sink or hand sink in the bar; there is 0 ppm of quat sanitizer in three-compartment sink again; temperatures of two large tubs of rice and noodles are elevated; large tub of rice doesn’t have a date mark.
Ci Ci’s Pizza, 7516 West Broad Street – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: staff failed to wash hands after handling dirty dishes and before clean dishes from dish machine; cardboard is being used to line shelves near dough station; hose is stored below flood rim at mop sink; observed dried food debris by water heater.
Mr. Wong II Chinese Restaurant, 8715 Shrader Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: person in charge washed hands at three-compartment sink instead of hand sink; there is dried food debris on can opener; temperature of garlic in oil on the cook line is elevated; bulk bins of sugar, flour, msg and salt are unlabeled; several containers of food in walk-in cooler are uncovered; absorbent cork board panels are being used to line shelves in walk-in cooler and dry storage; just made wings are stored in a container lined with printed menus; fryer baskets are heavily bent; rice cooker handle and gasket of reach-in are held together with duct tape; there is dried food debris under racks in dry storage; observed grease and residue on cook line floors.
Classic’s, 4820 Williamsburg Road – The following violations were reported during a routine inspection: temperatures of deli meat, pasta salad and cheese in two-door reach-in are elevated; there is 0 ppm of sanitizer in bucket; women’s restroom doesn’t have a covered trash can; there is chipping paint in multiple places throughout the kitchen; there is a hole in the wall above freezer; floor is peeling in places; observed non-food grade ceiling tiles in front area.
