Regional Recovery Day set for Oct. 3 at Richmond's Monroe Park

The counties of Henrico, Chesterfield and Hanover and the city of Richmond will hold a festival for Regional Recovery Day from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3 at Monroe Park, 620 West Main Street in Richmond.

The event will include food, music, vendors and more. Admission is free and open to the public.
