Police take final 2 suspects into custody in connection with toddler's homicide
The two adults wanted on charges in connection to a June 2025 homicide involving a toddler have been arrested, according to Henrico Police.
Harvey Joe Turner, III, 42, of Henrico, was taken into custody on Jan. 17, and Jomaya Ciara Hunt, 19, of Henrico, turned herself into authorities on Jan. 15.
Both were wanted in connection with the death of the toddler, who was found unconscious and not breathing June 3, 2025 in the 5400 block of Williamsburg Road.
A third suspect, Tomeka Nichole Burton, 41, of Henrico, was taken into custody earlier this month.
Burton and Turner each face charges of felony murder, two charges of child abuse, two charges of child endangerment, and possession of a schedule I or II drug. Hunt was indicted on two counts of child abuse related to the child's death.
