A West End driver was charged with failure to yield to a pedestrian after a Tuesday evening crash in the Twin Hickory area.
"Once on scene, officers located an adult female with non-life-threatening injuries who was transported to an area hospital for treatment. She was not pinned," a Henrico police spokesperson said.
