The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony from the Plaintiff, Cory Lamont Bynum, on the grounds that the parties have lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without any interruption for a period of time in excess of one year.

IT APPEARING, by affidavit filed according to law, that Lea Natasha McLain, the above-named defendant, whose last known address is 4225 Park Place Court, Room 123, Henrico, Virginia 23060, cannot be found and her current whereabouts are unknown, it is therefore ORDERED that Lea Natasha McLain appear on or before this 4th day of December, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Clerk's Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect her interest in this suit.
