The object of this suit is to obtain the adoption of the above-named children by the Petitioners, Jonathan Delp and Jody Delp.
It appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the mother of the children, Erin Delp, cannot be located and her whereabouts are unknown, and that due diligence has been used to ascertain her location without effect, it is therefore ORDERED that the said Erin Delp appear on or before November 23, 2026, at 8:30 am, at the Chesterfield Circuit Court, and do what is necessary to protect her interests.
