ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is for the Plaintiff to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant. The Plaintiff, by counsel, appeared before the Court for a hearing on June 29, 2026; the Court heard the proffer and argument of Plaintiff’s counsel and ordered that the Plaintiff may serve the Defendant by Publication pursuant to Virginia Code § 8.01-316.
WHEREFORE the Court therefore ORDERS that the Defendant, Matthew James Parkhill, shall appear before this Court on or before Oct. 23, 2026 at 9:00am, sitting in the Hanover County Courthouse located at 7530 County Complex Rd, Hanover, VA 23069 to protect his interests in this suit.
And it is further ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be published once per week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Henrico Citizen, a newspaper of general circulation in Hanover County; and that a copy of this Order be posted at the front door of the courthouse wherein this Court is held.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
