The object of this suit is for the petitioner to obtain a divorce from the defendant. It is ORDERED that the defendant, Harold J. Turner, whose last known address was 3815 Noble Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23222, and whose whereabouts are now unknown, appear here on or before the 21st day of September, 2026 at 9 a.m. to protect his interests.

Affidavit having been filed that diligence has been used by or on behalf of the petitioner to ascertain in what county or corporation Harold J. Turner, without effect, it is ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Henrico Citizen, a newspaper having general circulation in the abovementioned jurisdiction; that this Order of Publication be posted at the front door of the Courthouse, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 8.01-317; and that a copy of this Order of Publication be mailed to the defendant’s last known address of 3815 Noble Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23222, pursuant to Virginia Code Section 8.01-316.
