ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Hanover, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Hanover, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 7802-13-7488
Account No. 10169072

All that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being situate in Beaverdam District, Hanover County, Virginia, and being more particularly described by a plat of survey made by R. L. Downing, C.L.S., dated December 29, 1965, a copy of which plat is attached to that certain deed from Nellie Watties Jackson, widow, to Joe Jackson and Elnora Jackson, husband and wife, dated December 29, 1965. Reference to which deed and plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed.

And being the same real property conveyed from Mid State Homes, Inc., a Florida corporation, to Ella M. Mallory by Deed dated April 5, 1979 and recorded May 7, 1979 in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of Hanover County, Virginia, in Deed Book 458 at Page 662.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 517 at Page 788.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Ella M. Mallory also known as Ella Mae Mallory Mines, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 15171 Dunn Road, Montpelier, Virginia 23192; Kenneth Mallory, whose last known address is 15155 Dunn Road, Montpelier, Virginia 23192; Charlene Lorraine Mallory, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before September 17, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Hanover, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
