ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to determine sole legal and physical custody and visitation of the minor child Abdullah M. Al Shahwani, born on November 15, 2009.

It appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the Respondent, Mohammed M. Al Shahwani, cannot be found, that his last known whereabouts were outside the United States, and that due diligence has been used without effect to ascertain his location, it is therefore:

ORDERED that the Respondent appear before the Court on or before August 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and protect his interests in this matter; and it is further

ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Henrico County, Virginia; and it is further

ORDERED that the Clerk shall post a copy of this Order at the front door of the courthouse as required by law.
