ORDER OF ELECTRONIC PUBLICATION
The object of the above-styled suit is to grant the Petitioner, Joseph Evans, by counsel, to administer the Estate of Jo Alice Evans, which obliges the Petitioner to notify beneficiaries which includes service of Christopher Lane.
IT APPEARING, by Affidavit filed according to law, that Christopher Lane's last known address is known to be in Virginia and that Christopher Lane's present whereabouts are unknown, and diligence has been used by or on behalf of Petitioner to ascertain in what county or city Christoper Lane is in without effect, it is therefore ORDERED that said Christopher Lane, appear before this Court on or before the 10th day of July, 2026 and do what is necessary to protect his interest in the Estate of Jo Alice Evans.
And it is further ORDERED that this Order be electronically published once a week for four (4) successive weeks on the Henrico Citizen Website. The Clerk of this Court shall post this Order at the front door of the courthouse.
Upon completion of such publication, the Clerk of this Court shall file a certificate with the papers of this case that the requirements of Virginia Code 8.01-317 have been complied with.
