Obituary - Thomas E. Stephens

Entered into eternal life on June 6, 2026, Thomas "Tom" E. Stephens, 94, of Henrico VA, was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ. He is preceded in death by his parents, James L. Stephens and Annie H. Stephens, brothers James and Newton, and his sister, Jean. His memory will be cherished by his loving wife, Lucille R. Stephens, his children, Greg Stephens (Melanie), Crystal Foster (Steven), and Heather Swaney (Josh), his grandchildren, William (Taylor), Alyssa, Grant (Nicole), Sydney, Ainsley, Rachel, and Kyla, and his great-grandchildren, Steven and Oliver.

Tom worked as a machinist with Molins Machine Inc. until his retirement and faithfully served at Brookland United Methodist Church.

Family and friends will be received at Bliley's Funeral Home on Staples Mill Road on Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held the following day, Monday, June 15, 2026, at 12:30 pm, also at Bliley's Funeral Home on Staples Mill.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bonnie Brae Church of Christ.
