Obituary - Karen Lee Jones
Karen Lee Jones departed this life on April 24, 2026 to be with her Heavenly Father. Born on July 19, 1954 to Thomas J. (TJ) Overton and Freda T. Overton. She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Samuel Jones; her children Cameron Crotts (Hollie), William (Will) Woods, Stephen Jones (Lynn), and Candice Wilson (Eric); five precious grandchildren Harrison Cheshier, Carter Crotts, Taylor Jones, Lauren Jones, and Trinity Allen (Carson) and mother Freda T. Overton; as well as her sister Vickie Boyd (Don). Karen's life was a testament to kindness and compassion. She found joy in helping others through her real estate career and dedicated herself to feeding those in need. Her faith was a guiding light as she embraced numerous roles within her church. Karen's love for her family and friends was boundless, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A Memorial Gathering will be held June 6, 2026 at the Glen Allen Church of Christ: 11064 Staples Mill Road, Glen Allen, VA. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Glen Allen Church of Christ local missions or benevolence fund.
