Obituary - Donna Michelle Lyons
Donna Michelle Lyons, a devoted Wife, Mama, and Granny passed away after a battle with lung cancer on June 17, 2026 at the age of 57. Through her cancer journey, she taught others what it meant to trust faithfully and live bravely by reminding others how blessed she was in every moment.
Born in Henrico, Virginia on November 29, 1968 to Russell and Elizabeth Jones, Michelle will be remembered for her ability to lead with grace, love unconditionally, and her selfless nature. She dedicated her life to her family, serving others, and loving Jesus. Through her service, Michelle impacted many lives by often instilling in others the ability to believe in themselves as much as she did.
Michelle is survived by her loving husband, Timothy Lyons; her brother, Russell Jones II; her sister, Sandra Kidd; her children, Ashley Holloway, Tripp Holloway, Amber Smith, Catherine Pendleton, Jacob Lyons, Zachary Lyons; and her grandchildren, Alexa DeNarvaez, Hazel Holloway, Elijah Holloway, and Torvyn Holloway. She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Jones; her mother, Elizabeth Jones; and her sisters, Cathy Jones and Nancy Jones; loved but not forgotten.
