Obituary - Alease Smith Henderson

Alease Smith Henderson, of Henrico, departed this life October 15, 2026.  She was born on June 22, 1929 in Amelia, Virginia to the late Ida Williams Robinson (William Robinson - stepfather). 

She worked at the Morgan Bag Factory for many years.  Alease loved her family and enjoy Gospel music. 

In addition to her mother and stepfather, she was also preceded in death by her sisters, Edith Williams Deloey and Donnabelle Coley, brother, Robert Robinson and daughter-in-law, Janet Williams. 

Left to cherish her memory are three children, Larry Williams, Jacqueline Wiley and Cornelia Jones; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.  

A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, October 22, 2026 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Interment private.
