Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows:
Third Party Complaint for Child Custody concerning the minor child identified as Janiya Devin Pressey (age 7) which seeks orders regarding legal decision-making, physical custody, and related relief, pursuant to Chapter 50 of the North Carolina General Statutes, N.C. Gen. Stat. §50-13.1 and relevant case law.

You are required to make defense to such pleading no later than forty (40) days after July 2 2026, and upon your failure to do so, the party seeking service against you will apply to the court for the relief sought.
