NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Henrico County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on August 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Board Room at the Henrico County Government Center, Parham and Hungary Spring Roads, Henrico, Virginia, to consider the following Ordinances:

• Ordinance - To Amend and Reordain Section 23-117 Titled “Restricted wastes,” Section 23-118 Titled “Reserved,” Section 23-150 Titled “Violations,” Section 23-154 Titled “Applicability of categorical standards,” and Section 22-164 Titled “Reserved” of the Code of the County of Henrico to Update Maximum Discharge Limits, Establish Requirements for PFAS Discharge Monitoring, and Conform to Federal Regulations.

• Ordinance - To Amend and Reordain Section 22-42 Titled “Driving vehicle other than bicycle, electric power-assisted bicycles, or electric personal assistive mobility devices on sidewalk” and Section 22-153 Titled “Stopping, standing or parking prohibited in specified places; towing of vehicles” of the Code of the County of Henrico to Prohibit Driving, Stopping, Standing, and Parking on Shared-use Paths.

• Ordinance - To Amend and Reordain Section 2-81 Titled “Service charge on returned payments” and Section 2-82 Titled “Reserved” of the Code of the County of Henrico to Conform to Changes in State Law.

Anyone may attend the meeting and express an opinion on the above matters. In addition, anyone may be heard remotely during the meeting by phone or through the internet by completing and submitting the signup form in advance of the meeting.
