NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE HENRICO COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC
HEARING IN THE BOARD ROOM OF THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING IN THE GOVERNMENT CENTER AT PARHAM AND HUNGARY SPRING ROADS, 6:00 P.M., TUESDAY, JULY 28, 2026 TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
COUNTY OF HENRICO DRAFT 2045 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
Henrico County is seeking input from residents, businesses, and stakeholders regarding the Draft 2045 Comprehensive Plan. The Plan will serve as the County’s long-range guide for land use, transportation, public facilities, open space and natural resources, and community development. The update evaluates existing conditions, reviews future growth projections, and makes recommendations necessary to implement the goals, strategies, and policies that will shape Henrico’s future.
The meeting will be livestreamed at https://henrico.gov/supervisors/next-meeting/, and the public will be able to participate in person or remotely. Individuals who would like to speak can sign up at https://henrico.gov/services/citizen-participation-registration/. After
registering, individuals will receive a confirmation email with instructions. Registration is not required to participate. The meeting is open to the public.

You may also contact the Planning Department at 501-4602, planning@henrico.gov., or visit us on the second floor of the Henrico County Administration Building at Parham and Hungary Spring Roads between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. each business day.
At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board of Supervisors may adopt the proposed comprehensive plan, with or without amendments, or continue the matter for further deliberation.
