THE HENRICO COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE HENRICO COUNTY COURTS BUILDING AT 4309 E PARHAM ROAD, HENRICO, VA, (PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A CHANGE FROM THE USUAL MEETING LOCATION) 6:00 P.M., THURSDAY, JULY 9, 2026, TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

DRAFT 2045 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
DEFERRED FROM THE JUNE 11, 2026, MEETING FOR DECISION ONLY

Henrico County is seeking input from residents, businesses, and stakeholders regarding the Draft 2045 Comprehensive Plan. The Plan will serve as the County’s long-range guide for land use, transportation, public facilities, open space and natural resources, and community development. The update evaluates existing conditions, reviews future growth projections, and makes recommendations necessary to implement the goals, strategies, and policies that will shape Henrico’s future.

Any written comments received in advance of the meeting will be provided to the Planning Commission before the meeting and included in the record.
