NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Henrico County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on May 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Board Room at the Henrico County Government Center, Parham and Hungary Spring Roads, Henrico, Virginia, to consider the following Ordinances:
• Vacation of Building Line – Rollingwood Subdivision – 7600 Bryn Mawr Road – Tuckahoe District
The vacation will remove the 17-foot building line located at the front of Lot 27, Section A, in the Rollingwood subdivision, also known as 7600 Bryn Mawr Road. This building line was dedicated by a plat recorded in the Henrico County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Plat Book 18, page 125.
• Vacation of Right-of-Way – 125 and 201 South Kalmia Avenue – Highland Springs Subdivision – Varina District
This ordinance will vacate right-of-way known as East Beal Street, between two parcels owned by Highland Woods IV, LLC. The County right-of-way was dedicated by the plat of subdivision of Highland Springs, Section 8 & 9, recorded in the Henrico County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Plat Book 8, page 93.
• Vacation of Building Line – Tuckahoe Park Subdivision – 3124 Comet Road – Three Chopt District
The vacation will remove the 45-foot building line located at the front of Lot 19, Block H, Section C, in the Tuckahoe Park subdivision, also known as 3124 Comet Road. This building line was dedicated by a plat recorded in the Henrico County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Plat Book 29, page 91.
• Vacation of Right-of-Way and Alley – Greenwood Heights Subdivision – Fairfield District
This ordinance would vacate an unimproved right-of-way between two parcels and an alley between two parcels, all in the Greenwood Heights subdivision, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Henrico County in Plat Book 12, page 68. Tabernacle Pentecostal Church, Inc. owns the properties that would be affected by the vacation and has requested the vacation to accommodate future construction.

Box 90775, Henrico, VA 23273-0775. Any written comments received in advance of the meeting will be provided to the Board of Supervisors before the hearing and included in the record of the hearing.
