VIRGINIA: IN THE JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS DISTRICT COURT OF THE COUNTY OF HENRICO

In Re: Ky’Cion Burton (DOB: 11/07/2023); an infant under the age of 18 years. Case No.: JJ116637

ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above-styled matter is for the Department of Social Services of the County of Henrico, Virginia to obtain permanent custody of Ky’Cion Burton and to terminate the residual parental rights of the unknown biological father of Ky’Cion Burton, so that the child may be placed for legal adoption. 

It appearing to the court from the information obtained on an affidavit from a witness for the Department of Social Services of the County of Henrico that the identity and whereabouts of the biological father are unknown, and that reasonable efforts have been made to identify and locate the unknown biological father with no success.

It is ORDERED that the unknown biological father contact his court-appointed counsel, Angela Daniels, at (804) 999-2991.

It is further ORDERED that the unknown biological father appear on the 2nd day of July 2026, at eleven o’clock a.m., before the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court of the County of Henrico at 4201 East Parham Road, Richmond, Virginia 23228 and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

Pursuant to Section 8.01-317 of the Code of Virginia, the Court deems proper to dispense with publication of this notice in a newspaper and authorizes that this notice may be published electronically on a site reasonably calculated to apprise the party named herein of the pendency of this action and afford them an opportunity to present their objections, to-wit, HenricoCitizen.com.
