ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the grounds of having lived separate and apart for a period exceeding one year. It appearing by affidavit that the Defendant's last known address was 910 Clauson Road, Richmond, Virginia 23227, a home which has since been sold, and that the Defendant's present whereabouts are unknown, and diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain what county or city the Defendant is without effect, it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before September 8, 2026 at 9 a.m. to protect his interests herein.
