Nightly closures planned along I-95 South in Henrico April 19-25
The Virginia Department of Transportation will implement nightly lane and ramp closures on I-95 South in Henrico County at mile marker 81 from April 19 to 25. The center and right lanes will be closed, along with the ramp from U.S. 1 (Brook Road) to I-95 south, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday to Wednesday, and from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. Thursday to Saturday.
Motorists should follow the posted detours:
• U.S. 1 northbound traffic: Travel east on Route 73 (Parham Road) to the I-95 south ramp.
• U.S. 1 southbound traffic: Travel east on Wilmer Avenue and north on Route 301 (Chamberlayne Road) to the I-95 south ramp.
