McClellan seeks nominations for 2026 Veteran of the Year

U.S. Rep. Jennifer McClellan is accepting nominations through Oct. 28 for her 2026 Veteran of the Year program.

The program recognizes veterans who live in Virginia’s Fourth Congressional District for their military service and continued contributions to their communities.

“Veterans gave their time and put their bodies on the line to protect our nation, and they continue to serve after their military careers. Their commitment, courage and selflessness deserves our respect and deepest gratitude,” McClellan said. "I encourage all those who know a veteran who’s continued to serve people in our district to send in their nominations today!”

Eligible nominees must be honorably discharged veterans of any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces and must currently live in the Fourth District.
