Lane shifts to affect Mayland Drive traffic through Friday

Utility work will reduce traffic to one lane in each direction on Mayland Drive between Pemberton Road and Andover Hills Place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily through Friday, Oct. 2, according to Henrico County Department of Public Works.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the eastbound lanes will be closed and traffic will shift to the westbound side, with one lane carrying traffic in each direction.

On Thursday and Friday, the westbound lanes will close and traffic will shift to the eastbound side.

Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during the work hours.
