On May 27, Western Henrico Rotary Club recognized this year's recipients of the Becky Briggs Memorial Scholarship. The annual scholarships are awarded in memory of Rebecca Briggs, a 17-year-old who died in a 1990 traffic accident, and honor students who have faced special challenges or overcome significant difficulties
Ann McGee has been named the 2025 Henrico Christmas Mother by the Henrico Christmas Mother Council.
McGee joined the council in 2022, co-chairs the Fundraising and Communications Committee and helps with clothing distribution for the organization that works to help people in need during the holiday season.
