The Henrico Division of Fire is mourning the loss of one of its own. Virginia State Police say Ashtain Noel Davis, 28, was killed in late September when a dark-colored SUV struck his motorcycle on Interstate 64. Davis was thrown from the motorcycle and died at the scene. "
