Henrico supervisors approve new St. Mary’s Hospital parking lot, defer Short Pump townhouses again

Henrico’s Board of Supervisors approved a rezoning case that will allow St. Mary’s Hospital to build a 362-space parking lot on formerly residential land in the Near West End.
